Personal Training

One-on-one sessions at Life Time Fitness in St. Louis. Every session is programmed with purpose. We track weights, reps, and progress from day one. Whether you are building strength, losing body fat, recovering from injury, or training for longevity, the program adapts as you do.

Nutrition Coaching

Food is not the enemy. Confusion is. I build simple, sustainable nutrition frameworks based on your InBody data, your lifestyle, and your goals. No starvation. No fad diets. Just a clear system you can actually follow.

Yoga Therapy

Rooted in the Krishnamacharya lineage, the oldest and most clinically validated tradition in yoga. This is not a group fitness class. Yoga therapy is individualized, therapeutic, and designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, manage stress, and support recovery from the inside out.

Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching

Training is one hour of your day. The other twenty-three hours determine your results. I coach the full picture: sleep, stress, habits, mindset, and daily movement, so that what we do in the gym actually sticks.
