I approach nutrition the same way I approach training. With data, with structure, and with the understanding that consistency over time beats perfection in the short term every single time.

Every nutrition coaching client starts with a baseline. We look at your current InBody scan data, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, and visceral fat level, and build your nutrition framework around those numbers. Not around a generic calorie calculator. Around your actual body composition and your actual metabolic reality.

From there we build a practical, flexible nutrition plan that supports your training goals, fits your schedule, and does not require you to eat food you hate or abandon your social life to be successful.
